 Logitech works fine November 25, 2008
Easy quick installation. Had slight problem with sound and picture, but easily solved by selecting options in computer. Company does provide consumer help.

it seems that this web cam does not work with windows vista ,when installed it wipe out computer sound driver had a heck of a time trying to install drivers computer ok now with com stxcam

This product is OK it took a little while to make it work through Skype. The video has a lot of snow for that reason I would rather use a laptop that has a Quickcam built in!
