Excellent gummy candyDecember 3, 2008 Just a note: this is a LOT of candy. If you are ordering this make sure you have a lot of friends and family that will help you finish off the bag.
After the first handful (which is excellent, mind you) I was set for a few days. Apparently no one else in the house cares for gummy candy and it took me a few weeks to finish up the candy.
Other than that, they taste good and have a good chewy consistency. These are premium gummis and are highly recommended.
Exactly like I remember.December 3, 2008 These gummi bears taste exactly as I remember. I spent 4 teenage years in Germany as a military child and I ate a lot of these while there, among lots of other haribo gummi products. I cannot tell any difference between these now and those then, I even get the same slight headache from eating them because they're harder than other gummi bears, but they're so much better. I'll be getting more.
Not everyone can handle the world-famous Haribo Gold-BearDecember 1, 2008 These bears are made of sterner stuff than your run-of-the-mill mushy bears. But if you're serious about a splendorous, satisfying, flavorful gummi bear, then Haribo Gold-Bears are your best bet.
Buyer Beware...November 22, 2008 While there is nothing wrong with these, please keep in mind that Haribo gummies purchased in different countries have drastically different ingredients. These are considered healthy snacks in Germany because they are made with real fruit juice. Even the Haribo brand gummies purchased in the U.S. are not made with fruit juice. So, while I'm disappointed that I can't get what my niece has the privilege of eating in Germany, this is the best gummi in the U.S.
